The AMD expected to launch Navi 22 GPU based Radeon RX 6700 series Graphics cards. According to Cowcotland (via Videocarz) which share that the AMD is set to launch its Radeon RX 6700 series by the end of the first quarter of this year, so end of March.
As per the Cowcotland, The AMD Radeon RX 6700 series will feature 40 Compute Units and 2560 SP. The Radeon RX 6700XT GPU will feature 12GB of memory attached to a 192-bit memory bus.

While the Non-XT Radeon RX 6700 Graphics card is also expected to feature 12GB GDDR6 memory, which might be the reason why NVIDIA is now pushing RTX 3060 with 12GB memory.
The exact specifications of these graphics cards have been not confirmed yet.
