The Radeon RX 6900 XT Gaming OC Graphics card has a triple-slot and triple-fan design. The GPU has two large heatsinks with a large copper plate attached to at least six copper heat pipes. The RX 6900 XT Gaming OC also features dual-BIOS, but the manufacturer does not specify the specifications for both modes. 
The AMD RDNA2 GPU Arcitecure based flagship Radeon RX 6900 XT features 7nm Navi 21 XTX GPU with feature 80 Compute Units or 5120 Stream Processors. This SKU is also equipped with 16GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 16 Gbps (512 GB/s) and across a 256-bit bus interface. The Graphics card also features 128MB of AMD Infinity Cache.
The Graphics Card features three 8-pin power connectors. In Ports, The card also features a non-standard display output configuration of dual DisplayPort 1.4a and dual HDMI 2.1.

LARGE COPPER PLATE & HEAT-PIPE
With direct contact to the GPU and VRAM, the large copper plate combines the composite heat pipes to efficiently transfer heat generated from the interior cores to the heat sink.

The metal back plate not only provides an aesthetical shape, but also enhances the structure of the graphics card to provide complete protection.
DUAL BIOS
Silent mode will provide a quieter experience. The mode switch requires a reboot to take effect. The default is OC mode.

The graphics card uses the better power phase design to allow the MOSFET to operate at lower temperature, and over-temperature protection design and load balancing for each MOSFET, plus the Ultra Durable certified chokes and capacitors, to provide excellent performance and longer system life.
