Intel’s 11Gen Rocket Lake Desktop Processors are again spotted which include Intel Core i9-11900, Core i7-11700 & Core i7-11700K. The leak coming from  Bilibili which spotted by Harukaze5719.
The Processors are still ES units that come with much higher clock speeds. The CPUs are allegedly the second revision samples that were released a month or so after the initial batch.
All 11Gen Intel Rocket Lake Desktop Processors feature the same core configuration of 8 cores, 16 threads, 16 MB of L3 cache, and 4 MB of L2 cache.

Intel Core i9-11900 QVYE (ES2)

The Non-K 11 Gen Core I9 11900 QVYE Desktop Processor sample reported here has the ‘QVYE’ codename and is a BETA ES chip. The 11Gen Intel Core i9 11900 Processor are standard non-K SKUs with base 65W TDPs and PL2 ratings of 224W.
The Processor based on appears to support PCIe Gen4 interface, and also supports memory overclocking and X.M.P support on B560 motherboards when the retail chips hit the market.
The Processor runs at a base clock of 1.80 GHz and a boost clock of 4.5 GHz (Single Core) and 4.0 GHz (All cores). Those are not the final clock speeds of this processor.
As per the Leaker, the sample appears to offer a performance of Core i9-9900K or i7-10700K processor.

Intel Core i7-11700K QVYE (ES2)

The 11Gen Intel Core i7-11700K, the chip features the ‘QV1K’ codename. The Processor appears to have a base clock of 3.4 GHz, an all-core turbo of 4.3 GHz, and a single-core turbo going up to 4.8 GHz. The Processor has a TDP of 125W but at boost frequencies, the PL2 rating is 250W. The sample supports PCIe Gen4, as well as XMP set by default to 3200 MHz.

Intel Core i7-11700 QV1J ES1

The Intel Core i7 11700 sample features the ‘QV1J’ codename. The Core i7 11700 Processor This chip comes with a 1.80 GHz base clock while boost clocks are reported at 4.4 GHz (1-core) and 3.8 GHz (all-core). The ES1 sample is not to support PCIe Gen 4.0 as well as XMP profiles. however, The Xe Graphics support on-board.
